Who we are

This website and the Terminal OpS Log software are provided by Itay Levi, a registered business trading as Terminal OpS Log.

This website

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, email address and message by email. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the service you asked about.

The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics.

Service providers

This website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, including the Turnstile check on the contact form.

The software and mobile app

Terminal OpS Log runs on a server operated by, or for, each customer. Flight, maintenance and user records are stored on that server and are controlled by that customer. The optional mobile app connects to that same server.

The software exchanges licensing and status information with our licensing service. For questions about records in your organization's system, contact your administrator.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to contact@terminalopslog.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
