Your own server

Terminal OpS Log runs on infrastructure you choose. Your flight, maintenance and crew records stay on that server and are not stored on this website.

Role-based access

Each user can reach only the data and actions their role allows, and every organization sees only its own data.

Sessions

Sessions are validated by the server and expire under a timeout policy, which reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

Audit trail

Critical actions are logged, so operations and maintenance activity can be reviewed and traced.

Shared responsibility

No system is completely secure. Customers remain responsible for their server, their network and their users' credentials.
