1. Introduction
Terminal OpS Log is a digital platform for managing, tracking and documenting unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations, maintenance activities and related data. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform.
By accessing or using Terminal OpS Log, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.
2. Authorized use
Access to the platform is restricted to authorized users operating under approved organizations. Users agree to:
- Use the platform solely for legitimate operational, maintenance and documentation purposes
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations and safety standards
- Follow internal organizational procedures and authorizations
Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
3. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities performed under their account
- Immediately reporting any unauthorized access or security breach
Terminal OpS Log is not liable for damages resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.
4. Operational data and accuracy
The platform stores operational and maintenance-related data, including flight logs, maintenance records, component tracking and system alerts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all data entered is accurate, complete and up to date. Terminal OpS Log does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided data and is not responsible for decisions made based on such data.
5. Safety and compliance
Terminal OpS Log is a support tool only. It does not replace certified maintenance procedures, regulatory compliance requirements or operational safety protocols.
Users must ensure full compliance with all relevant aviation authorities, safety regulations and standards.
6. System availability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation or immediate availability of all features. Scheduled maintenance, updates or unexpected outages may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal OpS Log shall not be liable for operational failures, loss of data, flight incidents, maintenance errors, or any direct, indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
8. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure. Data transmission over networks carries inherent risks, and security breaches may occur despite safeguards. Users must follow best practices for account and data security.
9. Prohibited activities
Users may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Interfere with system operation or security
- Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the platform
- Use the system for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
10. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in Terminal OpS Log, including software, design and content, are owned by Itay Levi, a registered business trading as Terminal OpS Log, or by its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if these Terms are violated, security risks are identified, or organizational authorization is revoked.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
